Achievements	In 1986 designed and implemented one of the first on-line data services to the Real Estate industry in Arizona. On-line service featured new homes to the realtors through their MLS terminals.
	Hyland Title Corporation 1976-1984 Colorado Springs, Colorado President and CEO Maintained direct accountability for the management, administration and coordination of all services for major title insurance agency.
Achievements	In 1982 designed, developed and implemented the first data base management on-line title search system in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
	Great Western National Bank 1974-1976 Scottsdale, Arizona Vice President Bank Branch Operations Responsible for Scottsdale bank branch offices operations including cash control, personnel and audit control.
	Valley National Bank 1967-1974 Phoenix, Arizona Operations Officer Managed the bank operations of various offices of the bank including cash control, personnel, branch accounting and customer services. One of a very few operations officers selected to be an auditor.
Achievements	Only bank employee selected from 5000 employees to represent the bank for the Arizona Bankers Association as cordinater for the Arizona Department of Education.
