EDGARfilings

Your SEC. filings will be EDGARized and filed by our trained staff using state-of-the-art EDGARizing software.

We are one of a few EDGARizing filers that will EDGARize your filings from disk, hard copy, fax or E-mail (as an attachment). Documents not received as electronic documents will have additional preparation charges.(see price list)

When sending documents to Ascot for Edgarizing, please provide the following with the submitted documents;

Filer's name and type SEC. Form to be filed
Filer's information (name, phone number, email) of parties involved
Filer's Codes (CIK and CCC)
Requested turn around time for review of EDGARized document
Date to be filed with SEC
Email distribution list
Indicate form of payment. Ascot accepts all forms of credit cards

If filer does not have a CIK or CCC number, Ascot will file a Form ID for you.

Email confirmations will be sent confirming the EDGAR document has been accepted by the SEC.

Ascot will provide a soft copy of your EDGARized filing and hard bound copy can be provided for your records.
